Oh, Boy..you are in for a treat!

Back to dinner..... this recipe is so easy.  By the way it taste's, your husband will think you slaved over the stove all afternoon!

2 stalks celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped

2 cans tomato sauce

Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Red Pepper
Chili powder
Tabasco

1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and peeled ( I buy frozen)

Cooked rice

1. Saute vegetables in oil.

2. Add tomato sauce once vegetables have cooked down a little.  Add seasonings listed to taste.  Simmer 20 minutes.
