The beginning of September we found out what we were having!!!  I totally forgot to mention...lol.

Mr. Adkins, Miss B and I are very happy to announce that we will be introducing another princess into the house!

We are all VERY excited and just cannot wait to meet her :)

We're Expanding...

Good Tuesday Mornin' to ya.  I have to agree with you that these blog posts have been few and far between.  For the past 14 weeks, I have felt like dirt {to say the least}.  Barely having energy to wash my face and tame down the hair and just enough to take care of my sweet Miss B.  It's been a whirlwind.

BUT...

It is all for a good reason :)

The Adkins family is expanding with a new addition due February 3rd!!!!!!!
{I'm pregnant}


We are beyond excited, especially the Miss B who changes from day to day in either wanting a "bruder" or "sista" :)  Mr. Adkins and I will be happy with either the Lord blesses us with.

I have to say this go round is sooooo different than the first.  Not a bit of sickness, or not being able to sleep with Miss B....but this one, whoa, nelly!!!  Whew, so happy the 2nd trimester is here and the symptoms are subsiding :)  I feel normal....almost!


Some funnies on Miss B:

• She is having a hard time talking to the baby.  She just looks at us and smiles when we talk to the tummy.  Although, when I'm reading to her in bed she scoots down to lay her head on my belly :)
• When people ask if there is a baby in  mommy's tummy she quickly says "Yes, and there is one in my belly too!"
• She thinks the Doctor put the baby in the tummy.
• When we had the 2nd ultrasound we took her to the appointment.  We were squealing with excitement when the baby's hand started moving in a wave...Miss B however looked puzzled at me like she was saying "Mommy, I don't know who told you that's a baby, but they were wrong" :)

She is going to be a terrific sister!


Recently, Miss B was the flower girl for one of our sweet couples in our church who got married!  The wedding was absolutely beautiful!
