Remember the days when card shops existed and you could find SO many cool things in them? I used to love going to "Hallmark" shops with my grandmother because you never knew what you'd find that you just had to have.

I love card making but I think I love paper too much to just use it for cards. I've discovered (and continue to discover) new ways to take a flat piece of paper and make it fabulous.

I am a mommy of twins, so one of a kind really speaks to me. My kids may look exactly alike, but they are truly one of a kind. I carry that into my creative outlet. Besides the fact that I really enjoy it, I want for it to be just as special to others. 

I don't mass produce. Most of my items are one of a kind, just like my boys. I'd love it of people would cherish the cards they were given and even be motivated to frame them as art. This way they can remember the gesture as well as the sentiments behind the exchange. 

Everything here at the Sweet Spot is handmade by me and only me. I hope you can appreciate the love and the detail that goes into a handmade gift.
